How Is This System Different
From Others Out There?
The system is designed with the
main goal in mind - to help you with getting
more and better qualified customers, Buyers
and Sellers while doing less manual labor. By
dealing with better qualified Buyers and Sellers
you'll find your transaction closing ratio is
going to be much higher. Ultimately, you'll
make more profits with less costs and hassles.
The system accomplishes this by
utilizing modern online automation technologies
in combination with sound marketing principles.
It uses Internet tools to capture Buyers' and
Seller's e-mail and personal information and
the most effective ways to communicate with
them and convert them into customers.
The system also helps you build
credibility and believability by using advanced
online audio technology for creating customer
voice testimonials and publishing them on your

How Long Does It Take To Set
My System Up?
The System can be set up and running
in less than 24 hours. However, typically it
takes about 2 days for your system to be visible
on the Internet. This has to do with getting
a domain name for your website and time it takes
for your domain name to propagate throughout
the Internet after it's transferred to our web
hosting server. A domain name is an address
by which your customers find you online. For
example, our domain name is "RevestorWebsites.com".
Your domain could be "ChicagoInvestor.com" (assuming
it's a name that was available).

instructions on how to do it, after you sign
up for service.
Do I Need To Know Anything About
Programming To Be Able To Use The System?
Not at all. We take care of it
for you.
The system comes pre-loaded with
all the web pages and forms for capturing Buyers'
and Seller's information, multiple follow-up
messages loaded in the automated e-mail software,
etc. You need to have an e-mail address where
the System will forward these forms to.
If you need to add audio testimonials
to your site or mail them to your customers,
we'll do this for you. We'll provide you with
instructions on how to record audio testimonials
over the phone.
We'll also e-mail to your customers
any special announcements, deadlines, etc. you
would like to make.
How Much Do I Need To Know About
Real Estate Investing To Use The System?
This system is for both beginners
and real estate investors who're actively pursuing
their investment careers, i.e., buying, selling,
lease optioning homes. It is presumed you already
know enough about real estate investing to be
able to transact actual "live" business with
Buyers and Sellers after the System generates
leads for you.
The system will generate a flow
of inbound forms, phone calls and other contacts
from your prospective customers. Your job will
be to negotiate, structure deals, convert these
pre-qualified leads into contracts and closed
transactions.

Will The System Do Everything
For Me?
No. The system will only work
if you send continuous stream of web site visitors
to it.
The system will sit idle unless
YOU promote your web site to Buyers and Sellers.
You have to promote and market your business
to Buyers and Sellers through various means
of advertising, such as newspaper classified
ads, flyers, yard signs, direct mail postcards
and letters, FAXes, e-mails signature space,
etc.
You'll include a call to visit
your web sites in all of your advertising. That
will allow the System to interact with your
prospective customers and generate leads for
you.
You can also find a lot of places
to promote your web site online by trading reciprocal
links with other businesses in your local area
or by buying online advertising that brings
traffic of visitors to your web sites.
Our
Members Area has sections that will teach
you how to promote your web sites online and
offline. We'll also submit your web sites to
major search engines at no cost to you.
Members
area also includes a primer on buying "pay-per-visitor"
advertising online.
Do
I Have To Become A Member Of A Real Estate Affiliation
With My Designated Area?
No, it's not required for you
to become a member of an affiliation. You can
have this System in addition to your affiliation
and vice versa.
The affiliations are typically
set up on an exclusive basis with a single member
per geographic area. They generate the leads
for the entire group of affiliates and pass
them individually to the member who "owns" a
particular area.
Therefore, you may not be able
to join one, if there's already another affiliate
in your area.
With affiliations, you don't have
your own exclusive web site with your own name
on it. Visitors come to the main affiliation
web site. From there they're are eventually
routed to a specific affiliate.
Imagine a Buyer comes to a site
like that. Then (s)he has to drill down through
maps and menus to find their home state, their
county, their city to even get to a point of
contact with the real company that is supposed
to help them.
We recently took the trouble of
going to one of these affiliation web sites
and playing a role of Buyer. After specifying
our home state of Texas, we were put in front
of a map with over 200 counties on it. The map
was so big, it had to be split into 3 separate
pieces. It took us several minutes to find our
county on that map.
Now, think - how many Buyers will
put up with this kind of effort just to get
to a real company? Quite a few will simply click
away and start looking for another provider.
With our System, your very own
web site name is in all of your ads and marketing
materials. When they plug in your web site name
- they'll get right to your home page with all
of your persuasive marketing.
The flip side of the coin, however,
is - you'll be responsible for generating your
own leads independently through your own advertising.
What If My Business Model Is
Different? Can I Customize The Look Of My Sites?
You may decide to change a content
of your System, though hardly ANY of our subscribed
members do so. If you must change your System,
you will be able to change the content of the
pages, remove certain pages that you don't feel
are relevant to your business... any way you
feel is necessary for your business. However,
there will be a charge for doing that.
Can I Get Extra E-mails For Employees
And/Or Business Associates?
Yes, with the System you'll have
an ability to create multiple e-mail accounts,
e-mail forwarders, e-mail lists, etc.
What About Your Pricing? Is A
Long Term Contract Needed?
There's no upfront set up fees
or any other fees to get your system up and
running.
For our standard Silver System
you pay a user license fee of ONLY
$50 per month for as long as you
use the system. These monthly installments will
be billed in advance starting from your sign
up date.
No long term contract is required.
You can cancel at any time by sending us e-mail
before the beginning of a new month of service.

Will I Need To Get A Web Hosting
Service Provider To Host My Websites?
No, we'll be hosting your web
sites and everything else that has to do with
your System. The hosting is included in your
monthly user fee. The only thing you need to
have on your own is an e-mail address. All the
forms from Buyers, Sellers, lenders, bird-dogs
and all other visitors to your site who register
with you will be forwarded to that address.
Important Note on Other Website
Service Providers Charges
Some providers charge excessive
upfront fees not related to the actual cost
of setting up your web sites. Think about it.
When someone asks you to fork over $2,000-$3,000
in upfront fees in addition to the ongoing monthly
service fees, could it be - they're hoping you
might drop-off after a few months, so they can
resell your web site to the next "victim"?
Are There More advanced System
Options?
The core of our System and the
pricing structure is designed with a beginning
investor in mind. Someone who's just starting
out or already doing a few deals a year will
be able to afford the System and have a professionally
looking and functioning marketing presence on
the Internet.
However, a number of our customers
are advanced investors transacting a sizable
number of deals. The cost is less of a factor
to them. For more advanced users we offer a
Platinum version of the System that has some
more advanced marketing features.
Practically all web based systems
we reviewed only offer leads in an e-mail format
which makes it literally impossible to store,
access, update all that valuable information.
To our Platinum members will be
soon offering a back office functionality. In
addition to e-mail notices of the new leads,
all leads captured by the System will be automatically
stored in the user's personal database. The
users later can access the database, review
and manipulate ALL Buyers and Sellers records.
The users are able to search and sort records
by any field, such as amount of equity, downpayment
funds, sale price, monthly payments, mortgage
balance, etc., as well as update any field of
any record, add comments, etc.
