You should NOT submit your information if you:

  1. Are not really serious about buying a home NOW.
  2. Are not prepared to move within next 30-45 days. If you can't move shortly, there's no reason to apply now; wait until you are ready to move and then apply.
  3. Have not spent the time to read about our financing programs, ask all the questions and understand the programs well enough to make a decision whether it's for you.

  4. Have not spent time on looking at your finances seriosly and determine exactly how much cash you have for a down payment NOW and what is the most you can afford for monthly payments. 

  5. Have not found a home you like in our inventory. If you haven't done so yet, consider registering for our e-mail notifications on new home listings as well as Special Sale Events. Register Now

  6. Do not know the estimated monthly payments on the home you picked.
